Job Summary
Lead day-to-day leadership and operational management of the treatment center, partnering with the Sr. Vice President of Operations to drive key performance indicators and financial measures. Staff the facility with high-quality department leaders, provide direct supervision of the leadership team, and enforce policies prioritizing client and staff safety. Prepare annual budgets and strategic business plans while maintaining compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. Monitor facility expenses, manage staffing ratios, and oversee admission processes to maximize revenue goals. Lead daily flash meetings, weekly leadership sessions, and monthly operational reports, ensuring 24/7 management oversight through an Administrator On Call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in healthcare/business administration preferred
- One to three years of proven success at department level management in Behavioral Healthcare preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of the necessary components to deliver high quality client care
- Ability to enact action plans/strategies to achieve financial and operational goals
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with demonstrated ability to effectively lead in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of government regulations, accrediting bodies (The Joint Commission), payor requirements, and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage and supervise various positions and relate well to people from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds as well as have a passion for working with at-risk, cultural and socioeconomically diverse populations
- Ability to anticipate, and react calmly, and lead others in crises and emergency situations
- CPR Certification
- State required certifications as applicable
- Travel Percentage (limited and as needed)
- Expected Hours of work (Full-Time)
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time
