Job Summary
Experienced Facility Engineer to oversee maintenance, safety, and upkeep of Waad Academy's facilities. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, coordinating with external vendors, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and supporting the learning environment. Lead and motivate a diverse team; oversee and improve the school's physical infrastructure to maintain a safe, positive educational atmosphere for students and staff.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Experience in high-volume environments (e.g., schools, hospitals, malls)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with safety and compliance standards for public spaces
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
