Job Summary
Facility Engineer responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, boilers, and related facilities to keep club spaces safe and inviting. Tasks include inspecting and servicing HVAC equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems; managing pool chemistry and temperature to meet state, local, and company requirements; ensuring safety by adhering to fire and alarm protection standards; responding to repairs and prioritizing emergencies; and recording maintenance activities in CMMS for preventative maintenance. Requires 3-4 years of facility maintenance experience (or equivalent), licenses/certifications such as Boiler Engineer license (preferred), CFC, AFO/CPO, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training
- State approved Boiler/Engineers License preferred
- CFC certification
- Aquatics Facilities Operator Certification (AFO) / Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
