Job Summary
Facility Engineer responsible for managing and maintaining the operational efficiency of facility systems and infrastructure at HanmiGlobal Saudi. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection; conduct regular inspections; coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for upgrades, repairs, and renovations; ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance; maintain detailed records and support budgeting and procurement for facility management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 12 years of experience in facility engineering or related field
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety
- Experience with preventive maintenance planning and facility management software
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in Saudi Arabia is an advantage
