Job Summary
Facility Engineer at Digital Realty responsible for engineering support on data center infrastructure at a Frankfurt site, including monitoring, planned servicing, corrective maintenance, inspections, first-line response, regulatory compliance, and vendor coordination to maximize uptime/SLA and improve PUE. Collaboration with Service Planning, Security, 3rd party suppliers, and customers; requires electrotechnical background and hands-on experience with electrical/mechanical systems, fire detection/suppression, and conveyors; strong self-management, prioritization, risk assessment, and teamwork are needed.
Required Qualifications
- Experienced in the electrotechnical field, ideally authorized to manage electrical switch operations
- Minimum 1-2 years practical experience in an electro technical environment
