Job Summary

Facility Engineer responsible for Location Electrical Safety (LO-ES) at Bosch Home Comfort manufacturing facility. Lead and own the plant’s electrical safety program, ensure compliance with NFPA 70E, OSHA 1910 Subpart S, and local codes; conduct risk assessments, JSAs, LOTO for electrical sources, arc flash studies, and labeling. Manage electrical safety audits, interface with AHJs and auditors, and guide maintenance, production, and EHS teams. Provide engineering support for electrical systems, lead projects, develop and maintain single-line diagrams, and drive preventive/predictive maintenance. Develop electrical safety training programs, maintain documentation, and foster a proactive safety culture. Requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years in a manufacturing setting; NFPA 70E, arc flash, LOTO experience; ability to obtain Qualified Electrical Worker status; willingness to work flexible hours and off-shift emergencies. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (required)
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in electrical engineering and/or facility engineering within a manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience in electrical safety program ownership or leadership (NFPA 70E, arc flash, LOTO, electrical permitting systems)
