Job Summary
Provide direct day-to-day support to the Vice President of Facility Development by organizing priorities, calendars, and meetings. Maintain project trackers, schedules, and milestone reporting for assigned ASC development initiatives. Assist with tracking capital equipment, budgets, and invoice approvals while supporting the review of bids, proposals, and vendor agreements. Coordinate permitting, licensure, and inspection activities; maintain regulatory documentation and compliance checklists. Help plan equipment installation schedules and assist with move-in, commissioning, and turnover activities. Requires five years of healthcare project management or construction experience and knowledge of AHJ regulations for ASCs. No on-call, no holidays, no weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher level of education in Healthcare Project management and or construction management or related technical field
- Five or more years' Healthcare Project Management or Construction Management experience
- Healthcare Construction experience
- Healthcare Life Safety experience including knowledge of AHJ regulations for ASCs
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Basic understanding of healthcare construction and regulatory environment
