Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day facility operations with the assistant facilities manager, manage administrative functions, security, and facility services, and oversee stock and contracts to ensure smooth operations; drive continuous improvement, participate in emergency evacuation procedures, crisis management, and business continuity planning; produce stock reports, meeting minutes, and monthly management reports to clients; requires a degree in business or hotel and building management and 3-5 years of facilities management experience; demonstrated leadership with strong communications and reporting skills to support client-centric operations and achievement of KPIs and SLAs.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in business or hotel and building management
- 3-5 years' experience in facilities management
- Strong knowledge of property operations
- Solid background in team management
- Good working knowledge in occupational safety
- Aptitude in client-centric operations
