Job Summary
Oversee facility rentals from start to finish, including preparation, on-site supervision, and post-event cleanup. Set up and break down soccer and practice fields, manage facility access, and monitor activities to ensure safety and compliance. Perform hands-on maintenance by cleaning, restoring spaces, inspecting equipment, and reporting concerns. Remain on-site during all assigned shifts to address issues and provide professional service. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on rental schedules, performing physical tasks in varying weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
