Facility Coordinator – Renewable Energy (O&M)

Job Summary
Coordinate facility management activities and monitor compliance with project documents, contracts, and operational obligations across renewable energy assets. Track O&M contractor performance against contractual availability guarantees and maintain project documentation, trackers, and compliance registers. Coordinate communication between stakeholders and operational teams while monitoring health, safety, environmental, and operational standards. Support warranty and insurance claim processes and assist with reporting, risk identification, and performance monitoring. Requires a degree in Engineering or Business, 2+ years in renewable energy, and knowledge of solar or wind technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business, or relevant field
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in renewable energy or infrastructure projects
- Understanding of project documentation including PPA, EPC and O&M contracts
- Knowledge of solar and/or wind technologies
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple operational and administrative processes
