Job Summary
Manage the technical operation of the corporate headquarters, serving as the first point of contact for infrastructure, security systems, and maintenance requests. Execute minor repairs and electrical work while coordinating external contractors, suppliers, and service providers. Lead renovation projects from initiation to completion, including furniture assembly and storage logistics, while ensuring compliance with fire safety and occupational health regulations. Monitor scheduled maintenance and service appointments to guarantee building functionality and safety. Requires a technical vocational qualification with at least two years of experience in building maintenance or electrical engineering, fluent German (C1+), and physical fitness for lifting loads up to 15 kg.
Required Qualifications
- Eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung – z. B. als Elektriker:in, in der Gebäudetechnik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
- mindestens 2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung
- Solide Kenntnisse in Gebäudeinstandhaltung, Elektrotechnik und Handwerk
- Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Dienstleistern und Lieferanten
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1+)
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Eine strukturierte, vorausschauende Arbeitsweise und ein gutes Auge für Details
- Teamgeist, Belastbarkeit und körperliche Fitness (u. a. Heben von Lasten bis 15 kg)
- Gutes räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen und Orientierungssinn
Desired Qualifications
- Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
- Kenntnisse in AutoCAD oder Ticketing-Systemen sind von Vorteil
