Job Summary
Facility Coordinator responsible for day-to-day operations of the LSU Foundation Center for Philanthropy building, including managing building operations, vendor interactions, and on-site maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, elevator, and safety systems; coordinates room setups for meetings/events, handles grounds upkeep, and ensures supplies and equipment are ready for use; maintains security/access systems and supports business continuity/emergency preparedness plans; requires strong hands-on facilities experience, time management, and professional communication to address staff requests, manage vendors, and oversee safety/compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Hands-on facilities and building maintenance experience
- Time management skills
