Job Summary
Facility Coordinator responsible for managing the operational functions of the Facility/Clinic, including greeting clients, scheduling prospective clients, checking in clients, overseeing staffing shifts, training front office staff and BHTs, answering phones, handling inquiries, collecting co-payments, filing, organizing documents, maintaining inventory, managing vendors/contracts, and supporting administrative/clinical activities. Regular meetings with leadership to ensure KPI targets are met; duties include EMR usage, scheduling, bed management, revenue/billing tasks, environment of care, and ensuring compliance with JCAHO/state licensing standards. Requires evenings and in-person work Mon-Fri 11:00 am – 8:00 pm in Pleasant Hill, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of related field experience
- 2+ years of management experience in a medical practice management role
