Facility Coordinator/Clerk Lead

Job Summary
Coordinate with SWFPAC Facilities Department, MCSFBn Safety, and Base Operations Services Contractor personnel to schedule, initiate, and track facility trouble calls. Generate work orders for repairs, minor upgrades, and galley equipment maintenance from reports received and with approval from the Government Technical Assistant. Review daily Battalion Facility reports to take action on discrepancies and validate all repair requests prior to submission. Monitor a government-provided call-in number for galley personnel and track the status of washer and dryer work orders across four MCSFBn spaces. Submit approved work orders to appropriate agencies and contractors while ensuring compliance with state, local, and federal regulations. Maintain a Secret level security clearance and valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- A minimum of two years experience related to conducting, building, and fire and safety inspections
- Three to five years of specialized experience in facility operations, maintenance scheduling, or procurement
- Proficient at operating and managing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders
- Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Ability to understand, speak, read, and write the English language
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, Government Representative, and outside contacts
- Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged period amounts of time
- Must be able to twist, bend, and squat periodically
- Must be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level
- US Citizenship

- Bachelor's degree is preferred in a relevant field such as Business Management, Operation Management, Engineering or related technical discipline
