Job Summary

Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready dealership facility by organizing equipment displays, loading and unloading materials, and conducting routine inventory counts. Label equipment for accurate tracking, photograph assets for marketing, and stage gear to support sales, service, and delivery workflows. Communicate facility concerns to management and resolve operational issues while following all safety policies and regulations. Perform duties across showroom, parts, service, and warehouse areas, including operating forklifts if certified. Work indoors and outdoors year-round, lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods while interacting with customers and vendors.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record if driving company vehicles is required
  • Ability to safely operate company vehicles and equipment appropriate for assigned duties
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain orderly work areas and equipment displays
  • Ability to prioritize work and complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate inventory and equipment identification
  • Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with coworkers across multiple departments
  • Customer-focused approach with a professional demeanor
  • Dependable, accountable, and committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized facility
  • Stand and walk for extended periods
  • Lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to approximately 50 pounds
  • Bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and reach while moving equipment and maintaining facility areas
  • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment, if certified and authorized
  • Work around moving vehicles, equipment, and machinery
  • Perform indoor and outdoor work throughout the year
  • Frequent exposure to dust, dirt, noise, vibration, and moving vehicles and equipment
  • Requires the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by company policy and safety regulations

Desired Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Basic computer skills are helpful for inventory tracking and equipment documentation
