Job Summary
Facility Coordinator responsible for the overall daily management and operation of the clinic, including growth planning, patient scheduling coordination, staff development, quality improvement initiatives (QAPI), regulatory compliance, and collaboration with Medical Director and physicians. Responsibilities include leading quality improvement activities, coordinating multiple departments, maintaining documentation, ensuring staffing aligns with patient needs and regulations, supervising equipment and supplies maintenance, and promoting guest/customer service standards. Required skills include leadership, organizational proficiency, healthcare operations knowledge, dialysis and kidney-care experience, RN licensure, CPR certification, and strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification within 90 days of hire
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must meet applicable state requirements (see addendum for Administrator)
