Job Summary
Facility Administrator for a clinic responsible for overall daily management and operation. Leads growth and operational readiness, coordinates patient scheduling, implements clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations, and ensures quality through QAPI and regulatory compliance. Communicates with staff, physicians, and leadership; may assume Charge Nurse duties and possibly facility CEO responsibilities as delegated. Requires an active RN license, substantial nursing experience in kidney care, CPR within 90 days, and proficiency with clinical apps; focuses on staffing, budget, and quality metrics to meet corporate goals.
Required Qualifications
- Full-time employment status
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification within 90 days of hire
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position
- Must meet applicable state requirements (see addendum)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire
