Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the clinic as Administrator, coordinating patient scheduling, quality improvement through QAPI, regulatory compliance, staffing, and cross-departmental collaboration; may assume Charge Nurse responsibilities; ensures documentation quality and adherence to hospital and ESRD program standards; monitors staffing, budgets, and performance improvement initiatives to meet corporate goals.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification required within 90 days of hire
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ability to use USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire
- Must meet applicable state requirements (see addendum for Administrator)
- Must be full-time employee of the Company and available during clinic hours
- Demonstrated leadership ability and sound judgment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English
- Must maintain license and meet state practice requirements
