Job Summary

The Facility Coordinator (Admin Services Facilities) is responsible for the overall daily management and operation of the clinic, reporting to regional operational management. Accountabilities include growth planning, patient scheduling, implementation of clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and reduce hospitalizations, managing budgets and staffing, and ensuring regulatory compliance (federal/state/local) with ongoing quality initiatives such as QAPI. The role oversees coordination across departments, ensures proper documentation of treatments and communications, and may assume Charge Nurse responsibilities or act as facility CEO as delegated. Collaboration with Medical Director and physicians, and maintaining relationships with hospitals, vendors, and the community are essential. Requires RN licensure, CPR, dialysis patient-care experience, strong computer skills, and full-time availability; prior dialysis management experience is preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • Current RN license in applicable state
  • CPR certification within 90 days of hire
  • 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); proficiency in USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire
  • Must meet applicable state requirements (addendum)
  • Must be a full-time employee and available to clinic staff during hours of operation
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English
  • Demonstrated leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
