Job Summary
Conduct quarterly facility condition assessments across multiple facilities within a geographic area, ensuring compliance with Government Client maintenance policies and standards. Diagnose issues, identify deficiencies, and recommend solutions to guide Plant Managers while developing short-term and long-term maintenance action plans. Report operational and compliance issues to Facilities HQ and facilitate collaboration with internal SMEs for technical issues. Maintain ongoing communication to address maintenance challenges and generate monthly reports on technical guidance and maintenance issues. Requires 60% to 70% travel to Government Client sites with adherence to General Services Administration policies.
Required Qualifications
- Required travel: 60% to 70% to Government Client sites with adherence to General Services Administration policies.
- Degree in engineering
- 10 years maintenance experience
- knowledge of building systems
- 5+ years in building/equipment maintenance
- experience in mechanical and electrical systems
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and security systems
- Baseline knowledge of mechanical/electrical equipment and maintenance processes
- Ability to learn core building systems, identify gaps/deficiencies, and assess maintenance status
- Effective written and oral communication
