Job Summary
Lead and participate in daily cleaning operations across a multi-level facility, performing routine custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and waste removal. Clean and disinfect restrooms, offices, common areas, and break rooms while maintaining floors through buffing, polishing, carpet care, and spot cleaning. Monitor inventory for cleaning supplies and equipment, prepare meeting and event spaces, and respond to facility needs including occasional support at residential locations. Ensure all practices meet health, safety, and organizational standards while fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability. Full-time and part-time roles available with leadership development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in commercial cleaning, custodial services, housekeeping, or facility maintenance
- Previous experience as a lead, supervisor, crew leader, or janitorial team leader
- Knowledge of floor care equipment, carpet cleaning techniques, and facility cleaning procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and stay productive throughout the day
- Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to quality work
