Job Summary
Clean and maintain production, repair, quality, office, and assigned areas throughout the facility by performing routine tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing. Empty trash and recycling containers, maintain restroom and exterior grounds cleanliness, and safely operate cleaning tools and equipment. Follow established procedures, safety practices, and workplace guidelines while wearing required personal protective equipment in a manufacturing environment regulated by the FDA. This role supports the Operations team to ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment meeting company standards and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Basic knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or regulated environment
- Experience using commercial cleaning equipment and cleaning agents safely and effectively
- Lifting up to 35 pounds from floor to waist
- Lifting up to 23 pounds to shoulder height
- Lifting up to 2 pounds from shoulder level to overhead
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including static-protective garments when working in manufacturing areas
