Job Summary
Conduct facility operations by processing donated goods, stocking shelves, and providing customer service on the sales floor. Perform opening and closing procedures, including cleaning glass cases, counters, and cash wrap stations. Inspect, sort, grade, and price donated items while transporting stock between workstations and sales areas. Train employees in a thorough, organized manner and ensure quality standards are met across all assigned tasks. Assist management in appraising employees and maintaining facility records. Direct facility personnel in the absence of supervisors, ensuring accurate sales transactions and proper donation processing. Accept donations from the public, load trucks, and manage waste and recycling. Sweep floors, clean windows, and empty garbage bins.
Required Qualifications

- Must demonstrate willingness & ability to adhere to Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest directives, rules, policies, procedures, & departmental & organizational standards
