Job Summary
Facility Associate I works in the processing/production area handling donated goods and stocking shelves on the sales floor while providing customer service. Responsibilities include transporting items to the sales floor, stocking, tagging/pricing items, assisting at the cash register, wrapping/bagging merchandise, and collaborating with Workforce and Family Services to provide participant services. The role requires adherence to safety policies (PPE, OSHA/WISHA compliance) and maintaining confidentiality. Part-time positions may be available with some benefits; a background check is required.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass background check
- Full-time and/or part-time positions available
- Provide customer service and operate in processing/production area
- Stock shelves and assist at cash register
- Tag, code, and prepare items for sale
- Maintain PPE and safety protocols
