Facility Associate I

Facility Associate I at COMC in Algona, WA. The role focuses on Transit & Operation Support, including safely operating company vehicles to support routes and internal logistics, ensuring timely movement of materials, pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, and preparing vehicles for daily use. Secondary focus includes Inventory Support (counts, transfers, organization) and Janitorial & Light Maintenance tasks. The candidate should have strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to multitask in a fast-changing environment, with excellent interpersonal communication and the ability to collaborate across internal and external partners. Cross-training in inventory and facility support functions is expected. Requires a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, basic computer skills, and willingness to work a schedule that includes Saturday to Wednesday, 9:00am–5:00pm; travel to other COMC locations is preferred.
