Job Summary
Facility Assistant in Quill Lake, SK, responsible for assisting with warehouse operations in grain and crop inputs facilities. Duties include sorting seed and stacking chemicals, transferring bulk products into totes, unloading and delivering crop inputs products, processing and loading customer orders, preparing custom application equipment, unloading trucks, ensuring proper shipping and receiving documentation, and maintaining a safe, clean warehouse environment. Experience in general labour (preferably in agriculture), a valid driver’s license, forklift/warehouse equipment experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to work in various weather conditions are required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with general labour, preferably in agriculture and/or farming
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience using a forklift and other warehouse equipment
- Ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly (up to 50 lbs.)
- Must be able to work in environments subject to dust and allergens
- Willing to work a flexible schedule in all weather conditions
