Job Summary
The Facility Assistant Manager works in all areas of the facility under the supervision of the Facility Manager. Works with the Facility Manager to maximize collections, production, sales, salvage, and customer service, and is in training to advance to Facility Manager. Must have a valid driver license with personal auto insurance and pass background, credit, and driver record checks. Responsibilities include customer service excellence, proper processing and separation of donations and salvage modules (E-Commerce, E-Cycle, E-Waste), achieving production and inventory goals, maintaining store presentation and cleanliness, loss prevention, cash handling, POS procedures, and facilitating coordination with Workforce Development and Social Services. Requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and adherence to health, safety, and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Four year Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- Three to four years related production/retail management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have valid driver license with personal auto insurance
