Job Summary
Yakult USA is hiring a Facility Maintenance Assistant with at least 1 year of experience in facility maintenance for commercial or factory buildings. Responsibilities include maintenance operations, equipment management, and reporting. Full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of utility experience in factory/commercial buildings
- Experience in building management including boilers and air conditioning equipment management
- Valid Driver's license required
- Ability to accept direction and work as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and climb as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Technical degree in mechanical course of study preferred
- Experience installing and buying equipment preferred
- Active boiler license is a big plus
- Computer literate with thorough understanding of MS Office
