Facility and Engineering Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day maintenance and reliability of facility and utility systems supporting manufacturing, including HVAC, AHUs, WFI, compressed air, and building management systems. Supervise maintenance staff and contractors while coordinating preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities. Monitor Building Automation Systems and ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, OSHA, and environmental regulations. Manage work orders, spare parts inventory, and facility projects, serving as the Clean Utility representative during audits. Respond to emergency calls and participate in an on-call rotation. Maintain documentation and support investigations, deviations, and CAPAs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5 -7 years of experience in a biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device setting
- Minimum of 2-4 years of supervisory or team leader experience
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
- Must be flexible to work a variety of hours as business demands (including weekends and holidays) and to be on-call during off hours to support key initiatives
- Ability to work in extreme conditions/weather
