Job Summary
On-site coordination of maintenance and asset services at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital (TQEH) in Woodville South, SA, overseeing planning, coordination and execution of maintenance by qualified trades, ensuring asset documentation is up-to-date and activities align with safety, quality and compliance standards. Collaborates with trades, SA Health representatives, subcontractors and Ventia teams to support day-to-day maintenance delivery, ensure asset reliability, maintain records in Ventia systems, and uphold a strong safety culture in line with SHEQ processes.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant trade qualification (highly regarded)
- Experience supervising or coordinating trade services, ideally within a hospital or health setting
- Strong understanding of standards, compliance requirements and safe work practices
- Ability to maintain accurate records in computerised maintenance systems
- Strong communication, teamwork and client engagement skills
- Effective planning, problem solving and ability to work under broad direction
- Hold a current Working with Children Check and National Police Check (or willing to obtain as part of the pre-employment checks)
