Facility Administrator

Facility Administrator responsible for the overall daily management and operation of the clinic, including program growth, patient scheduling, compliance with regulations, quality management (QAPI) and coordination of multiple departments. Leads staff development and retention, ensures documentation quality, and may fulfill or delegate responsibilities related to nursing leadership and potential CEO duties. Requires RN license, dialysis management experience preferred, strong organizational, budgeting, and regulatory compliance skills, and ability to coordinate with Medical Director, physicians, and staff to meet patient care and regulatory goals.
