Job Summary
Manage daily clinic operations, including patient scheduling, staffing coordination, and financial target achievement. Develop growth processes, lead Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement meetings, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Oversee equipment maintenance, inventory levels, and staff development while monitoring contractual agreements and community partnerships. Recruit, train, and supervise personnel; approve hours and counsel employees. Maintain chronological patient records and documentation. Conduct monthly staff meetings and team patient care planning sessions. Respond to inquiries and complaints. Ensure a safe, sanitary physical environment.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency in all USRC clinical applications
- Must meet applicable, specific state requirements
- Must be full-time employee of the Company
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN
- 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification
- Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors
- Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year previous dialysis management experience
