Job Summary
Facility Administrator responsible for the overall daily management and operation of the clinic, including growth planning, patient scheduling to ensure timely acceptance and appropriate staffing, and implementation of clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations. Drives financial targets (budget, labor costs, supply costs), leads quality initiatives (QAPI, quality improvement committees), ensures compliance with federal/state/local regulations, maintains thorough patient documentation, coordinates cross-department functions, and collaborates with Medical Director, physicians, hospitals, and the governing body. May assume Charge Nurse responsibilities as needed and can fulfill designated responsibilities of the facility CEO as delegated. Requires leadership, problem-solving, time management, and strong communication skills; 18+ months RN experience in dialysis-related care and CPR certification within 90 days of hire are required.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in applicable state
- License must be maintained as current and in good standing
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification required within 90 days of hire
- Must meet applicable state requirements
- Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); proficiency in all USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire
