Job Summary
Manage the overall daily operation of the clinic, including patient scheduling, staffing coordination, and equipment maintenance. Develop processes for program growth, achieve financial targets for budget and labor costs, and implement clinical protocols to minimize hospitalizations. Review incident reports, lead QAPI meetings, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Recruit, train, and supervise all personnel while maintaining effective employee relations and performance evaluations. Monitor contractual agreements, foster relationships with medical directors and community agencies, and respond to customer inquiries. Ensure a safe, sanitary environment and maintain adequate inventory levels for all supplies.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency in all USRC clinical applications
- Must meet applicable, specific state requirements
- Must be full-time employee of the Company
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN
- 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification
- Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors
- Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year previous dialysis management experience
