Job Summary

Facility Administrator responsible for overall daily management and operation of the clinic, coordinating patient scheduling, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality improvement (QAPI) initiatives, leading staff and coordinating departments to meet financial targets and patient care standards. The role includes developing growth processes, implementing clinical/operational processes to minimize hospitalizations and missed treatments, maintaining records and documentation, and potentially assuming Charge Nurse or Registered Supervising Nurse responsibilities as needed. Requires RN licensure, leadership experience in dialysis/nursing settings, CPR within 90 days, strong problem-solving and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical applications.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be full-time employee of the Company and available to clinic staff during time clinic is open.
  • Current RN license in applicable state. License must be maintained as current and in good standing.
  • 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure.
  • CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
  • Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills required.
