Job Summary
The Facility Administrator oversees the clinic’s overall daily management and operations, reports to regional operations leadership, and leads growth, quality, and operational readiness initiatives. Responsibilities include planning patient scheduling to ensure timely access and adequate staffing, implementing clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and reduce hospitalizations, achieving financial targets for budgets and expenditures, leading QAPI and quality improvement activities, ensuring regulatory compliance with federal/state/local laws, maintaining thorough patient records, coordinating department functions, and supervising staff. The role also entails contractual oversight, fostering collaborations with Medical Director and physicians, and promoting guest customer service standards. Required qualifications include an active RN license in the applicable state, 18 months of RN experience with at least 6 months in kidney-care settings, CPR certification within 90 days of hire, and demonstrated leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.

- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification required within 90 days of hire
- Must meet applicable state requirements
- Must be full-time employee of the Company and available to clinic staff during time clinic is open
- Demonstrated ability to function in leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills are required
- Strong time management and organizational skills required
