Facility Administrator

Manage complete clinic operations and performance by adhering to budgets, forecasting expenses, monitoring compliance, and managing vendor relationships. Lead and mentor a cross-functional clinical team to deliver the best care for patients, teammates, and the community. Drive quality improvement initiatives through clinical goal setting while building strong relationships with patients. Partner with the Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns and align results with regional goals. Maintain current CPR certification and possess intermediate computer skills in MS Office. Available during clinic hours with support from regional peers and company guidance.
