Facility Account Manager

Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring their facilities receive exceptional service and support. Build and maintain strong relationships through regular communication and site visits, while conducting facility inspections to verify all services meet City Wide's quality standards. Coordinate and manage a network of service vendors and contractors, proactively identifying facility needs and recommending customized maintenance solutions. Resolve service issues quickly and professionally, tracking performance and documenting inspections to provide regular updates. Manage multiple client accounts, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with internal teams and service partners to ensure seamless delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in account management, facilities management, property management, operations, customer success, project management, or B2B sales
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working independently and making decisions in the field
- Proficiency with technology, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel locally throughout the Greater Orlando area
