Job Summary
Facility Account Manager responsible for overseeing janitorial operations and supervising field cleaning crews, with hands-on training, inventory management, and hours/pay tracking. Will collaborate with clients to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks and special projects, while upholding safety protocols and administrative duties. Bilingual English and Spanish preferred; valid driver’s license required. Flexible schedule may include day, night, and weekend shifts to ensure comprehensive oversight of cleaning crews.
