Job Summary
Conduct building and ground equipment repairs, service calls, and minor maintenance on fixed and moveable physical plant assets. Operate and schedule van or bus runs for supply pickup and delivery, while maintaining the Eventide fleet vehicles and performing scheduled preventative maintenance. Safely utilize tools and equipment to transport residents to appointments and activities, including operating mechanical lifts and securing passengers. Manage job assignments via CMMS software and time clock systems, documenting labor adjustments and maintenance tasks. Perform grounds keeping duties such as lawn maintenance, snow removal, and sidewalk upkeep. Work full-time 7a-330p and 8a-430p shifts with rotating weekend and on-call responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Must have education, knowledge and/or experience in maintenance, driving, and repair work
- A valid driver's license
- Ability to maintain insurability under corporate insurance policy
- Must be available for occasional evening or weekend special event transportation needs
- Must be available for weekday maintenance call and to work weekends and nights as per the rotating schedule
- Will rotate weekend and weekly on-call responsibilities
Desired Qualifications
