Job Summary
Manage company flats and hotel bookings for ACS London visitors, conducting flat checks, cleaning audits, and reporting. Coordinate out-of-hours arrivals, meet and greet colleagues, and demonstrate facility functions. Oversee flat projects including changes and refurbs, monitor contractor performance and costs, and assist with new process development. Maintain relationships with local hotels to secure best prices and manage bookings. Work flexible hours including weekends and early evenings, supporting the facilities team with on-site property management and contractor access.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Hospitality background
- Excellent level of customer service with an above and beyond attitude
- Previous experience working with suppliers, contract management and tendering
- Excellent organisation and project management skills with a keen eye for detail
- Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends / early morning and evenings
- Must live locally to the Kingston Upon-Thames area
- The ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently within the tight deadlines
- Proactive, motivated and driven
- Strong computer skills, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a customer facing role is essential - Hospitality background desired
