FACILITIES & TRANSPORTATION PROJECT MANAGER

Job Summary
Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of facilities and transportation construction and infrastructure projects. Develop detailed project plans with scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation; monitor performance, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and present status reports and financial updates to senior management. Manage procurement processes and vendor relationships, lead project meetings, coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders, and conduct site inspections to verify adherence to project specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in construction or transportation infrastructure projects
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with successful outcomes
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements in the United States
- Proficiency with project management software and tools such as MS Project, Primavera, Deltek or equivalent
