Job Summary
Conduct preventative maintenance on warehouse equipment, racks, and building systems, including troubleshooting, repairing, and changing batteries. Perform daily tasks such as plumbing, painting, rack repair, cleaning, carpentry, and metal fabrication while driving the company truck for local pickups. Inspect conveyor, air, shipping, and packing systems to ensure safe operation and complete repair orders and parts usage records. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety procedures, company policies, and compliance guidelines. Report quality issues, unsafe acts, and equipment problems to supervisors immediately.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be computer literate
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
- Must be able to work in various seasonal climates
- Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service
- Must complete post-offer requirements, including a background check and drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Some Technical or Trade school
- 1-2 years of working in a manufacturing/production environment
- Experience working with industrial machinery
