Job Summary
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment faults to minimize downtime while conducting routine inspections, testing, and system diagnostics. Maintain accurate maintenance records, prepare service reports, and work closely with team members and contractors to support daily maintenance activities. Comply with workplace safety regulations and company procedures. Requires NITEC or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services. Based in Singapore, Surbana Jurong delivers sustainable infrastructure solutions globally.
Required Qualifications
- NITEC or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, or a related discipline
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical and/or electrical systems
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
