Job Summary
The Facilities Technician will handle maintenance for Palm Beach Tan stores in the assigned area, including general upkeep, minor plumbing and electrical tasks, carpentry like sheetrock repair and painting, maintaining tanning and UV spray booths, and coordinating with store management and vendors. Requires frequent travel from home to store locations, a valid driving record, and ability to work nights/weekends/holidays; prior multi-unit maintenance experience and basic building systems knowledge preferred. Required Qualifications
- 2 years’ preferred experience with maintenance and constructions required (multi-unit experience preferred)
- Basic understanding of building maintenance systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work independently
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and some overtime based on business needs
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
