Job Summary
Facilities Technician needed to perform general maintenance for multiple store locations in the Austin area. Responsibilities include repairing minor plumbing, light ballasts, and door knobs; maintaining tanning booths and UV spray booths (training provided); general carpentry including sheetrock repair and painting; coordinating with store operations staff, management, and vendors. Requires 2 years of maintenance/construction experience, ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and lift up to 50 pounds. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project) and strong verbal/written communication skills are expected. Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and some overtime based on business needs. Starting point is home with travel to locations in the Austin area.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years experience with maintenance and constructions
- Basic understanding of building maintenance systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects
