Job Summary
The Facilities Technician will maintain Palm Beach Tan store locations within the assigned area, performing general maintenance such as plumbing, light ballasts, doorknobs, carpentry (sheetrock, painting), and maintaining tanning/spray booths (training provided). Responsibilities include coordinating with store operations staff and vendors, traveling from home to sites, and supporting multi-unit maintenance across locations. Requires ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Required Qualifications
- 2 years’ preferred experience with maintenance and constructions (multi-unit experience preferred)
- Basic understanding of building maintenance systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work independently
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and some overtime based on business needs
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
