Job Summary
Facilities Technician responsible for general maintenance across store locations in the Salt Lake City area, including plumbing, lighting ballasts, door hardware, and carpentry; maintain tanning and spray-booth equipment; perform sheetrock repair and painting; coordinate with store operations staff and vendors; travel between locations starting from home; strong customer service and independent-work capability; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work nights/weekends/holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years experience with maintenance and constructions
- Excellent driving record
- Basic understanding of building maintenance systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work independently
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and some overtime
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
