Job Summary
The Facilities Technician will handle maintenance for Palm Beach Tan stores in the assigned area, including general maintenance, minor plumbing, light ballasts, doorknobs, carpentry, sheetrock, and painting. Requires travel from home to sites; experience with multi-unit maintenance, ability to manage multiple projects, and willingness to work irregular hours. Required Qualifications
- 2 years’ preferred experience with maintenance and constructions (multi-unit experience preferred)
- Basic understanding of building maintenance systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work independently
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and some overtime based on business needs
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
