Job Summary
Facilities Technician responsible for maintenance of store locations across assigned area; performs general maintenance tasks such as minor plumbing, lighting ballast replacement, doorknob repairs, and carpentry including sheetrock, painting; maintains tanning booths and UV spray booths (training provided); coordinates with store operations staff and vendors; travel from home to locations to service multiple sites; requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds and willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years’ preferred experience with maintenance and constructions required (multi-unit experience preferred)
- Basic understanding of building maintenance systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work independently
- Outstanding customer service skills
